Comprehensive DBT Programming for Adults
The Comprehensive Accelerated DBT Program is an intensive 8-week Dialectical Behavior Therapy group created for adults who want to strengthen their emotional regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, distress tolerance, and mindfulness skills within a shorter, focused time frame. This program is especially well-suited for individuals transitioning from inpatient or residential care, those seeking to supplement ongoing outpatient therapy, or adults who are unable to commit to the standard year-long DBT model.
Participants meet multiple times per week in a consistent, structured setting where they engage in daily skills training, diary card review, and open processing time. The program emphasizes both accountability and connection, creating space for participants to practice new coping strategies in real-time, receive feedback, and build confidence using DBT tools in everyday situations.
Facilitated by masters-level interns under the direct supervision of Dr. Eboni Webb, this program offers a high level of clinical quality while remaining accessible and affordable. The goal is to support each participant in learning, applying, and internalizing DBT skills in a way that fosters lasting change and emotional resilience.

Adult Embodied DBT Skills Group
Length: 75 min
Rate: $80 per sessionÂ
Our Adult Embodied DBT Skills Group, led by Dr. Eboni Webb, is a psycho-educational program specifically designed for adults who have experienced trauma. This group focuses on teaching the core skills of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), including Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Distress Tolerance, and Interpersonal Effectiveness, while also integrating Sensorimotor Therapy. Sensorimotor Therapy connects the body and mind, using body awareness and movement to help process and release trauma. This trauma-informed approach allows participants to safely explore their experiences in a supportive environment.
In addition to structured lessons and assignments, the group also includes opportunities for participants to process their experiences and emotions in real-time. This helps deepen understanding and application of the DBT skills, equipping participants with tools for emotional well-being, healthier relationships, and more effective coping strategies.
Our group sessions maintain a structured agenda with a strong educational focus. Weekly lessons and assignments enable participants to practice and reinforce the skills they have acquired. The primary objective of these sessions is to empower adults with effective tools for managing emotions, transforming unproductive thought patterns and behaviors, enhancing relationship skills, and working toward a life that aligns with their goals and values.
This group is open for enrollment to clients both within and outside of our practice. Participation in this group requires having a primary clinician, who can either be from our practice or from an external provider. Â If your primary clinician is external, a separate appointment with Dr. Webb is required prior to your first group session.
