Embodied Adult DBT Skills (In-Person)

Led by Dr. Eboni Webb and Krista Conrick, our Embodied Adult DBT Skills Group is a fundamental element of our psycho-educational program, specifically designed for adults with trauma. This group delivers crucial instruction in the core areas of Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Distress Tolerance, and Interpersonal Effectiveness while also weaving in Sensorimotor Therapy. Our Adult DBT Skills Group offers adults the unique opportunity to deepen their understanding of DBT and apply it in their lives, providing them with the skills essential for emotional well-being and improved interpersonal relationships.

In our Adult DBT Skills Group, we maintain structured agendas with a strong educational emphasis. These classes feature weekly lessons and assignments, enabling participants to practice and reinforce the skills they’ve acquired. The primary objective of these group sessions is to empower adults with effective tools for emotion regulation, the transformation of unproductive thought patterns and behaviors, the enhancement of their relationship skills, and the pursuit of the life they aspire to lead.

High School DBT Skills (In-Person)

Under the guidance of Amber Singer, our High School DBT Skills Group is a cornerstone of our psycho-educational program, tailored specifically for high school-aged students. This group provides essential instruction in the fundamental aspects of Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Distress Tolerance, and Interpersonal Effectiveness. This skills group presents a unique opportunity for teenagers to expand their knowledge of DBT and apply it to their daily lives, equipping them with the skills needed for emotional intelligence and harmonious relationships.

In our High School DBT Skills Group, we adhere to structured agendas with an educational focus. These classes include weekly lessons and assignments, allowing students to practice and reinforce the skills they’ve learned. The primary goal of these group sessions is to empower high school students with effective tools for emotion regulation, transform unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors, enhance their interpersonal skills, and guide them on their journey to achieving their aspirations.

Clients are required to have a DBT primary therapist to participate in this skills group.

Think Different: A Dialectical Approach to Caring for Neurodivergent Teens and Young Adults

Length: 90 mins for 10 weeks
Rate: $80 per session

Join Amber Singer for a transformative 10-week journey where we explore Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills through a neurodivergent lens. Our program incorporates essential psychoeducation on neurodivergence, sensory skills, and social skills. This introductory track serves as a comprehensive overview—a 101 course designed to equip you with valuable insights.
