This workshop, led by Dr. Webb, is designed for parents of adult children who feel emotionally drained from ongoing support, struggle with boundary-setting and enmeshment, want to respond rather than react to their child’s emotional needs, and seek practical strategies to encourage their child’s independence. Participants will learn how to set and maintain healthy boundaries without guilt, communicate effectively with an emotionally dysregulated adult child, and recognize and respond to personality disorder traits with skillful compassion. The session will also explore adult attachment dynamics and intergenerational patterns while providing techniques to reduce emotional burnout and maintain a loving connection.

The workshop will take place on Saturday, March 22, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

The Parent DBT Bootcamp is open to all. You do not need to be a current client or have a primary DBT therapist to participate.
