CAP is our Comprehensive and Accelerated Program that allows clients to do full DBT in ⅓ of the time. It Meets three hours a day for three days a week. It covers all four modules of DBT skills training: Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Distress Tolerance, and Interpersonal Effectiveness. It also addresses unhelpful behaviors and allows time to better understand how to change these behaviors to build a life worth living!

We offer two different tracks! Track One is 12 weeks long (3 months), 3 days a week: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. Track Two is spread out into 6 months, 2 days a week. Each adult CAP group meets for 3 hours per group session. We also offer a teen CAP group that will meet twice a week (Tuesday & Thursday) for 8 weeks. Contact us for more details!
