Therapeutic Style: Kelsey is passionate about working with every individual holistically, understanding them and using tools to cultivate a fulfilled life from the inside out. I use DBT to help navigate anxiety, depression, and crises from various traumas in children, adolescents, and young adults. Together, Kelsey will help you regulate emotions, develop healthy coping skills, and learn how to implement them in everyday life for your most authentic, confident self. Kelsey’s aim is to create a warm and empathetic environment for you to explore and understand where you are struggling. Educational History: Kelsey graduated from Towson University with a B.S. in Psychology. She then earned her M.A. in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy at Pepperdine University in Malibu.

Certifications/Experience: Kelsey interned as a school counselor in Los Angeles, where she helped children on an individual and systemic level. Kelsey is being trained in comprehensive DBT.
