Christian believes that clients are the experts in their life story, and he acts as a patient guide to help them in their journey to becoming a better version of themselves. He draws inspiration from Eastern philosophies such as the mindfulness of Zen Buddhism and the wisdom of the Dao to balance western ideals. He uses a client-centered approach that combines elements from diverse theoretical orientations with the Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) framework.
Educational History:
Christian graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with bachelor’s degree in psychology. He is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of the Cumberland’s.
